I definitely have a preference for CVS for one major reason. They are one of the only pharmacies who will not allow a pharmacist to refuse to fill a woman's prescription for "Plan B", AKA "The Morning After Pill." Other pharmacies do not stock it unless the state they are located in mandates it (like WalMart) and other stores will allow a pharmacist to force a woman to drive to another location and hope the pharmacist there will fill her prescription (like Target). I stopped shopping at Wal-Mart years ago and will not return to Target until they change their policy. This is why I love CVS. The company's stated policy is even if one particular pharmacist has some sort of issue with filling the prescription, someone else on duty MUST do it. They will not send the woman to another store. Of course, soon Plan B will be available as an ocer-the-counter drug and I trust that CVS will always have it in stock.

I hate to hear Target is one who falls under the "not doing their job" list; I love Target. I was going to switch to Target from Long's Drugs for prescriptions. We don't have a CVS nearby.
You should be able to contact the corporate offices for their policy.
I also love CVS for numerous reasons... But honestly actually my diabetic doctor just gave me a prescrition for plan b due to I am not on BC as of right now since my current primary is kind of refusing to put me on it, and i asked my diabetic doctor to write me up one, but she said she would talk to my doc first... But thanks for that info since I have never had a problem with CVS but it is nice to hav e it verify that they will fill it.
