Bush says he'd send troops into Pakistan

<!-- commented out adWASHINGTON — President Bush said Wednesday he would order military action inside Pakistan if intelligence indicated that Osama bin Laden or other top terror leaders were hiding there. "Absolutely," Bush said in an interview with CNN's Wolf Blitzer.
With bin Laden still at large five years after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks and believed to be hiding somewhere along the mountainous border between Afghanistan and Pakistan, Bush disputed any suggestion that Pakistan has not done enough to hunt down terrorist leaders.

Hell, that's typical politico-medial speech. That fierce, strong "Absolutely" is referring to a conditional action that's nearly impossible to determine. A big "IF".
No action is indicated by those words. Fluff.
The suggestion came from Pakistan's spokesman Major General Shaukat Sultan in his statement to an ABC News interview: If Osama bin Laden is in Pakistan, he would not be taken into custody, as long as he is living like a peaceful citizen.
He also said that anyone in his administration who was found to be responsible for the leak of Valerie Plame's identity would be fired. Rove's still around. One thing you can say about Bush is that he is loyal to those who have served him even if it means lying.
