You will need:
1 c. Pecans, chopped
1 c. Brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Butter, melted
Directions:
Combine pecans, brown sugar and flour.
In another bowl, beat eggs. Then, add butter
Mix dry and moist ingredients together, until moist.Spray your muffin tins with cooking spray. Fill cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove immediately from pan and cool.
This batter should make 9 muffins. (if you don't eat to much dough)
