This week in Los Angeles, the future of our borders, the future direction of immigration reform is held in the balance as one citizen takes on the Los Angeles Police Department, and their Special Order 40 which forbides policemen in Los Angeles from asking the legal status of and illegal, and/or arresting a known illegal for violation of our immigration laws.
Forces on the Pro-Illegal Alien side did everything within their power to kill this suit, stop it from seeing the light of day, as it would/will be the end of LA's status as a Sanctuary City for hundreds of thousands, if not millions of Illegal Aliens. The legal action seeks "to force the Los Angeles Police Department to drop its politically-correct 'sanctuary' policy and resume enforcing our nation's laws against illegal immigration," Judicial Watch said. WOW, what a refreshing idea, ENFORCING OUR LAWS.
Not only does Special Order 40 preclude police officers from enforcing immigration laws, but it forbides Los Angeles Police Officers from cooperating with federal agencies on issues dealing with Illegal Aliens. The end result of Special Order 40 is a Don't Ask, Don't tell scenerio where with a wink and a nod illegals are allowed to infest the city at will.
"Police officers are our first line of defense against any kind of illegal activity, and LAPD's sanctuary policy helps illegal aliens to remain undetected in the City of Los Angeles," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. "In so doing, Special Order 40 undermines enforcement our nation's immigration laws." Tom Fitton is right, and this week the lawsuit to put and end to Special Order 40 gets it's day in court, and how the case unfolds is going to dictate to a great degree where our nation goes in this war on Illegal Aliens...if the citizen who brought the suit is successful, Special Order 40 is history, and the LAPD willl have no choice but to begin identifying and arresting those in the city illegal. Let's hope for a jury and judge with the wisdom to side with the LEGAL CITIZENS of America, and that a verdict is handed down eliminating this wrong order which makes LA the largest Safe Haven for Illegals in America....I know if it is successful, that I will be filing a similiar law suit here in New York.

Imagine say even 100 of these suits being filed across America....it would put cities and EMPLOYERS on notice, and you would see the jobs magnet shut down immediately. No work, hounded by local police, they will self deport themselves. It is a no brainer when you think about it.
This news, coupled with Homeland Securtiy considering its move on those using fake and stolen Social Security Numbers, and we could see RADICAL CHANGES in a very short amount of time.
this is a set up for picking on certain races! So now tell me again how you are not racist Porgie?
Just as a comparisson Mark F., when I lived in Japan I was required to carry my Legal Residence ID with me at all times. I was stopped more times than I can count and asked to produce it. If I had not had it on me I would have been taken in to the police station on the spot! Why should it be any different for non citizens in this country? And believe me, the only reason the stopped me was because of my race!
I had no problem with it because I was there legally.
If I get stopped for ANY LEGAL INFRACTION, say jay walking, and the first thing the officer asks me is, "Can I see some ID". If I am driving, stopped for speeding and do not have my drivers license with me, instead of issuing a summons to appear on a traffic citation, they can take me down to the station. If I travel out of America, I am expected to have my passport with me 24/7. It was that way when I went to England, it was that way when I went to Japan.
