Lenore's Cinnamon-Raisin Buns

Yield: 1 batch
1 ea Egg
2 ts Salt
3 ts Dry Yeast Active
3 c Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder
3 c Unbleached all-purpose flour
3 c Bread Flour
1/3 c Butter softened
3/4 c Brown sugar
1 1/2 ts Ground Cinamon
3/4 c Raisins
-Frosting-
1/2 c Butter softened
2 tb All-purpose flour
1 c Confectioner's sugar
1 /4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Pecan chunks
In a large mixer bowl, place the warm water, sugar, oil, egg, raisins, salt & mix throughly.
Add milk powder & all purpose flour.
Beat for 3 mins.
Gradually add bread flour & mix.
When dough is workable, transfer to a lightly floured surface .
Or use dough hook attachment on your electric mixer & knead for 10 mins.
Bake in 350 deg-F oven until done.
Frost & garnish with pecan chunks.
