If you listen to the tripe spouted by the Pro-Illegal Alien Movement, they will have you believe THEY ARE THE VICTIMS, they are just hard working poor people looking to earn a living, and take care of their families. They will tell you we Americans do not pay a price for their criminal activities, do every thing in their power to convince you that they are good people.
Question them, and they will accuse you of being a racist bigot. Site examples of your own victimhood as a result of illegals, they will dismiss it, state you are being selfish.
Well, in the first of and on going series, I introduce you to some of the victims of brutal, violent crime, people who have lost their lives to ILLEGAL ALIENS.
ROLL CALL OF VICTIMS OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
In Huachuca City, Arizona-James and Emilia Lee were brutally killed six weeks after being married when a van load of 17 illegal aliens being pursued by police raced through a stop sign, and plowed into a line of eight cars.
Brandon Winfield, a police officer in Ohio was checking out disabled vehicles when he was viscously shot in his head....one illegal was taken into custody, another one considered armed and dangerous was still at large.
The victims, residents of Baltimore, (l. to r.) were siblings Alexis Quezada (10) and Lucero Quezada (9) and their cousin Ricardo Espinoza (9). These three children (who's parents are illegals) were decapitated, the suspects illegal aliens....pretty sad, when they even kill there own.
Terry and Lisa Dilks were found murdered from multiple gunshot wounds in their home in Urbandale, Iowa. Leocardio Lopez, but whose actual name is Audiel Molasco-Tello and illegal from Mexico is suspected in this violent crime against humanity.
Officer Michael Gordon lost his life to a drunk driving illegal alien. The Chicago policeman was in the driver's seat of his squad car when it was struck by Luis Calle, a Guatemalan whose blood alcohol level was 0.177, twice the legal limit.

As this article shows, there are AMERICAN VICTIMS being brutally murdered by Illegal Aliens on a far to frequent basis. Since all of those on the PRO ILLEGAL ALIEN MOVEMENT want to mitigate the egregious crimes of illegals, want to portray themselves as victims, thought it would be good to start putting some real Americans who are no longer with us in front of the readers.
The article was dealing more with the fact that many private hospitals were refusing service to those without insurance....the section I focused in on were both the number of births to illegals, and the costs to American taxpayers.
Please, your logic is so flawed as to be ridiculous.
Identical "victim roll calls" could be composed from caucasian white collar offenders, too, or any other ethnicity you could come up with.
The reality is that the rate of violent crimes in 2005 are at an all time low according to the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Statistics http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/glance/viort.htm
Homicide rates recently declined to levels last seen in the late 1960s http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/glance/hmrt.htm
After many years of declining, theft rates reached the lowest level ever in 2005. http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/glance/theft.htm
And last but so very very not least, Crime victimization of BOTH Hispanics and NonHispanics has increased - this is the ethnicity of the VICTIM here, folks: http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/glance/reportingethnicity.htm
I am quite sure that the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Stastics does not seperate out the illegal alien statistics from the legal citizen statistics.
If we were overrun by brutal illegal aliens, then wouldn't it show in these statistics??? "Cause I sure don't see it.
The fact that crime is down is a good thing...that has nothing to do with the percentage realities of illegals who commit crime in our American Society...if there crimes represent a larger percentage of the whole than their population numbers represent in relationship to the whole, then they are committing a disproportionally high amount of crimes compared to their numbers in our Society, and such is the case.
• In Los Angeles, 95 percent of all outstanding warrants for homicide (which total 1,200 to 1,500) target illegal aliens.
• Up to two-thirds of all fugitive felony warrants (17,000) are for illegal aliens.
• A confidential California Department of Justice study reported in 1995 that 60 percent of the 20,000-strong 18th Street Gang in southern California is illegal; police officers say the proportion is actually much greater.
• The number of illegal aliens sentenced increased for 89 of the 94 federal district courts, for all major offense categories, and for all major country of citizenship groups.
And if the crime of being illegal in the first place is included, that should be stated in the stats.
Make no mistake, I am not for complete amnesty. If the aliens that are herewere given a chance to become citizens and pay taxes, they would be contributing members of society and not dependent on our taxes. To deport them all is nuts.

Paying back taxes...let's look at that, because the government is conning us with that supposed EARNED citizenship shell game. Pay for an illegal day laborer here in in New York is $100 and they are considered to be day laborers. Based on a five day work week for fifty weeks a year, that is $25,000 a year. Here we have a local city income tax, a state tax, workers comp tax, Social Security (as an independent contractor, you pay both sides of this) and your federal income taxes. Being conservatively generous we'll figure for the whole bag a 25 percent tax hit. $6,250 dollars. We'll say that the Congressional and Senate compromise is five years, so we are looking at past due taxes of $31, 500 dollars. Seems only fair that they pay the same penalties, fines and interests on this amount that we would have to pay if we had avoided paying our taxes. With fines and penalties, the bill is going to be $40,000 plus the compounded interest that the government charges of 10 percent on that figure for a period of five years....and note, that interest continues until the debt is completely paid off. To make it simple, we'll not compound the interest, but make it simple interest. Total due on day of AMNESTY is $64,420 dollars.
Now curious here...I would be willing to consider the above for those who simply evaded paying taxes...what about that who have ruined peoples lives by stealing their identification, using their Social Security numbers, perhaps using same to get credit, and then ruining said persons credit rating...what is your position on them?
The current Senate Bill would wave all crimes associated with a persons illegal presense here, and provide an additional waiver for up to three misdemeanors and/or one felony....call me crazy, but I find this WAY TO LIBERAL.
Over one million of those currently here have been deported at least once before, and are under a TEN YEAR banishment, they are not supposed to have the right to even reapply to enter America for ten years...what do you suggest we do about these people?
This is where I have problems....from my perspective, every one wants to make it EASY, wants to forgive them everything, wants to give them breaks on back taxes, wants to ignore for the most part all criminal activity associated with their being here.
160,000.00 was spent on the manhunt for this scum.
http://www.thedenverchannel.com/news/9856211/detail.html
Costs to local communities are also not widely known...your $160,000 is and example of some of the law enforcement costs not factored into the equation.
I just had an epiphany and it is thanks to you. You called the flood of illegals a tsunami, and you are right. They are similar to a force of nature. That is why walls, arrests, deportation, and pain of death will not stop it. Try passing a law in California against earthquakes.
You can stop a person. Stopping people by the millions is a little trickier. The jails won't hold them. Their country won't keep them. A wall won't stop them. When these people are willing to walk across a 300-mile desert with their loved ones, when they are willing to risk the lives of the ones they love most, as the sports' metaphor goes, you can't stop them you can only hope to contain them. A wall big enough to keep illegals out would bankrupt the country.
So you can talk about money lost. You can talk about damage to the national fabric. You can even invoke the names of slain victims in an attempt to paint the opposition as pro-murder, or some such nonsense. But you better come up with a new strategy because you don't have the endurance for this race. You may lead at some point, but nature and history says in the end you will lose.

Same goes for the kid killer - doesn't say the suspects were illegal

Neither does the cop killed by the drunk driver

1. I did not get the cases I sited in this article from ALIPAC site....you just want to discredit them because they are against Illegal Aliens and Illegal IMMIGRATION into America by people like you inlaws who you have admitted are here illegally.
Secondly, you did not put a link up about the MURDERS, but a link to the story that talks about the funerals of the three decapitated children BACK IN MEXICO. NICE TRY, but I KNOW THE TRICKS OF SLEEZE BALLS who try to defend illegals at all costs....you even stoop to defending the murderers of three children....YOU NEED HELP
HERE IS THE ARTICLE YOU LINKED TO so that people can see what I am talking about.

TENENEXPAN, Mexico - The bodies of three children brutally killed in Maryland arrived Saturday in this small farming village, greeted by the wails of relatives who shouted, "Why!" and a woman who screamed, "My son, my son!"
As family members tried to hold her back, Maria Andrea Espejo fought her way to a coffin, opened the lid and embraced the body of her 10-year-old son, Alexis Quezada.
The bodies of Alexis and his cousins, Ricardo Espinoza and Lucero Quezada, both 9, were discovered in their Baltimore apartment May 27. One child had been beheaded and the others nearly decapitated. advertisement
Police and relatives say they have no idea why they were slain, but two relatives - Adan Espinoza Canela, 17, and his cousin Policarpio Espinoza, 22 - have been charged with first-degree murder in the case and are being held in the United States without bail.
The bodies of the children were flown Friday to Mexico City, then brought in three small, white coffins to this poor town tucked into papaya and chile fields.
The family planned an all-night vigil, followed by a funeral today.
The children were born in Mexico City, but their families returned to this small village often during holidays.
Lucero and Ricardo had lived for years in the United States with their parents, Ricardo Espinoza and Mimi Quezada. Maria Andrea and her two children - her 2-year-old child was not home at the time of the attack - crossed illegally into the United States in December.
The families lived together in the Baltimore apartment.
Parents of the three children will eventually return to the United States, relatives said. They had been living in the United States illegally, but the U.S. government has given them permission to return and work for one year so they can help with the case.

Does NOT SAY they are illegal. The parents...the kids...but NOT THE KILLERS.
1. Backed into a corner
2. Caught in blatant lies
3. Exposed for what you really are
4. Have nothing of importance left to refute
You created the big butt group, are you ashamed of it? Oh, and before you make and issue of it....my wife is Italian, she has a big butt, and I love her for that, and a host of other things...don't want you trying to tag another item on your list of things you feel make me prejudice. I have an issue with CRIMINALS, and since ILLEGALS are criminals, have issue with ILLEGALS, but you have tried to twist that into my having a bigoted prejudice towards BROWN PEOPLE.
You've refused to hear it, but I want ALL ILLEGALS GONE, and not all illegals are BROWN PEOPLE, but all illegals ARE CRIMINALS. YOu follow me around my threads like some sick puppy, attacking every thing I say, even going so far as to make a negative remark about a poem I posted on abuse issue......that spoke volumes about what kind of person you REALLY ARE bhind that out dated phony thumbnail you put up here on gather.
Porgie, a personal attack against the person you are debating is not the best method of convincing your readers.
Illegal is ILLEGAL, and she has a very vested bias. She's admitted that most of her own inlaws are illegal, she routinely searchs for ways to cast dispersions on any thing that makes her inlaws, and what they represent bad. As someone who herself married an illegal, I would expect nothing less.
And have you absolutely no compassion for illegal aliens, no matter what their situation? You have no interest in trying to put yourself in their situation and thinking about how you would feel or what you would do?
Because it seems to me that the illegal part is just one aspect of a VERY large picture that deserves considering. Come on now, all illegal aliens are not horrible, brutal, crime-committing people. Most of them have familes, love their children and are trying to provide for them as best they can which actually involves working illegally in this country.
There are always 2 sides to every story and it seems to me that you are not at all interested in the fact that these "illegal aliens" are PEOPLE, just like you.
Am I wrong?
We are discussing the bigger picture here, not Senobia's inlaws. You wrote the artiicle, dude. Don't stoop to personal insults.
With all due respect, all I hear for the most part, is about these POOR illegals who just want to earn enough to feed their families...putting aside their criminal activity, since all illegals are guilty of no less than four crimes, let us take that at face value.
They want a job, want the proverbial AMERICAN DREAM, and are willing to do whatever it takes to get it. They get up early, work hard all day, and come home to a house filled with 30-40 others just like them. They are living in this squalid, crowded conditions for various reasons, primary among them saving money, and sending money back home.
MY GAWD, how can I be so callous as to not have compassion for these POOR PEOPLE.
For starters, I have a house, and directly next door to me, and across the street from me are two homes, homes that used to be beautiful spacious single family houses. They were bought up by an absentee landlord who rents them out to illegals, charging $100 a head per month because he can make more money that way. Any idea what that reality has done to our neighborhood, or to the value of my home? Gauging by your icon, that you have children...let me give you and idea of some of the issues we have had to deal with.
1. A once quiet street with more than ample parking for the neighborhood, and our occassional guests is now congested with cars, you are LUCKY if you can even find a space to park your car....you see, with two house now having 60 or so people between them, they have far more than the average two cars per house that was/is the norm. In fact, that we can verify, there are now over 20 cars attached to these to houses.
2. The city picks up garbage once a week here. Most of the houses have two, maybe three garbage cans associated with them. I can see the back yard of the house next door, so I can count the garbage cans associated with it...all EIGHTEEN OF THEM! With that much garbage has come rodents and roaches.
3. Reality of life...the indoor plumbing facilities are inadequate for the number of people in those homes. Result....it's not usual to catch one of the men urinating outside.
4. We have security lights for our house...street does not have city lighting. The cars associated with these two houses are what we would call FIXER UPPERS. Because my house has lights that make the area bright, these two houses have decided parking their cars in front of my house makes great sense when they need to make repairs on their cars...oil changes, tire changes, it does not matter. They even used the stairs leading up to my porch as a work bench of sorts.
5. Maybe where these people come from, flowers are meant to be picked and taken inside, regardless of what yard they were planted in...WRONG. I planted my flowers, landscaped my property for MY ENJOYMENT, I planted my flowers for my wife and I to cut and bring inside. One of my larger beds of cutting flowers run along the adjoining driveway houseing the illegals. When they think I am not home, or when they think I am not paying attention, they send their children over with scissors to CUT MY FLOWERS....that is stealing.
Since the year 2000, the value of my property has GONE DOWN, not up...try having an open mind to compromise when $50,000 of the equity in your home IS GONE, and wanting to get out you put it on the market and find out no one wants to LIVE NEXT DOOR to THAT SITUATION.
Two sides....you are RIGHT. Problem is, those on the Pro Illegal Side don't want to HEAR OUR SIDE of the issue.
AS for BLAME...I blame Mexico, I blame Illegals, I blame our government at all levels, and I blame the landlord. Change the word blame to HATE, and it still works.
Without implying that your hardships mean nothing to me - my point is that illegal aliens are people first - and the majority of them are not criminals or flower stealers or horrible people. You heap on the crimes (guilty of no less than 4 crimes) because it sounds good for your cause. But how many Americans are guilty of cheating on their taxes or leaving their car parked on the street for more that 72 consecutive hours or paying tax on every single thing they bought on the internet from out of state. Technically, these are all crimes, and most of us are guilty of them.
What I have discovered is that the Hispanic culture has such different values and world views that it is difficult to even compare our situations. Do I wish that they would all learn to speak english as a requirement to come into this country? Sure I do. But do I admit that my way of living is so vastly different from theirs that I would do well not to judge them by my standards? You bet.
Curious....what would your reaction be if you were watching all the equity in your house being stolen away from you, and were not able to bail..............
I am a landscaper, illegals in the work force in my industry have seen my gross income drop because I will not hire illegals....let me guess, you want me to blame those who employ them, rather than the illegals?
As for the Hispanic culture....not all illegals are Hispanic.
As for complaints....I've filed them, even seen the landlord hauled into court....he pays the fines as a simple cost of doing business.
Hardship or not, I favor sending them back South of the Border and letting them get in line with other would-be immigrants from all the world. Difficult, of course, but it should be done to preserve our fragile social system from overload and possible destruction. There is no good reason why illegal aliens should be given priority over needy American citizens who are standing patiently in line waiting and hoping for government assistance. No amnesty for illegal immigrants.
Lock down our borders, put 50,000 ARMED TROOPS on the border, and begin deporting within our interior.
Why don't we create an American Legion of InfraStructure Workers and send them to Iraq. Both Iraq and Lebanon need legions of infrastructure workers, and contractors are too expensive. America could thus work for peace and stability.
Quit acting all commando. You're not running anything except your mouth, Porkman.
How about the US keeps its nose out of places it doesn't belong (Iraq) and then there would be no need for infrastructure rebuilders.
If you're concerned about the cost of things to the US, consider the billions wasted in this staged wargames of "Let me blow it up just to see if I can and then pay to have it rebuilt."
The mockery that is your government poses a way bigger risk to America than any illegal immigrant ever did.
Now the people are rushing to get what American has, before having to work for it. They bring their wives ready to have babies because we will make them citizens. They bring their children and families because we will feed, clothes, and give them schools. They younger men and some women sneak into the country to get what ever work the can but do not help the community as they send most of their money home.
Forward to now: Everyone that wants to do us harm is using the southern bourder, and now the northern to mix in with the illigials to enter our country. Mexicans are even writting manuals on how to turn this great country into part of Mexico. I can go on and on, but my reason for stopping people is because I love my country ( I have visited many others and was always more then happy to come home. I would like to get my country back to where it was in my youth when I could live with less fear and even leave my doors and windows open, knowning that my things will still be their when I return.
Yeah, I noticed that too!
Wendy...I have a lot of compassion, but NONE for illegals. I don't take kindly to people stealing the food off my table....and that goes for any American's table.
If these 12 million illegals from Mexico were in their own country asking for our help in helping them FIX THEIR OWN LAND, I'd be there with a helping hand...that is not the situation now is it? When the tzunami hit, I was there with my money and whatever else I could do. When the hurricane hit New Orleans, again I was there.
When I lived in Ohio and uncovered 600,000 tons of Low Level Radioactive Waste dumped into a wetlands that drained into my communities drinking water supply, I was there not only with my money, but with my time, and mine and others efforts desecured a 70 million dollar clean up of the site.
So, you have it wrong...I do have compassion, just NONE for criminals.
