Sweater quickly donned

Slippers fawned on willing feet

Too cold for chilled floors

A robe supports the sweater

While mercury laughs and climbs

I don't want to thing of the cold this house can be very chilly in the winter and I too h ave to bundle up,

Socks come out for feet
that freeze when autumn arrives.
Does not matter if
they match, ferret will adopt
as he sits on them.
