Chocolate Clusters

2 lb white chocolate or almond bark

2 C salted dry roasted peanuts

4 C cooked rice cereal

1 C peanut butter

3 C pastel miniature marshmallows

Melt white chocolate and peanut butter in microwave or double boiler, stirring often to mix well. Add all remaining ingredients; stir with wooden spoon to coat evenly. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.

I made these yesterday. I did not have any white almond bark so I made them with the choclate bark(1lb 8oz). I used regular mini marshmallows. They are so good. They taste almost like a Goo-Goo Cluster. Yummy! Thanks for sharing.
