I am wondering if anyone else has similar experience. I dream a lot, and I can usually remember my dreams in very specific details. Sometimes my dreams are in "episodes". What that means is that I would dream of the same characters with different stories on different nights.
One example was a series of dreams with me and 2 dogs. The location of the dreams was in the apartment building where I used to live (with my parents). I would dream of these 2 dogs, one pure white and one pure black, and we would be doing different things in each dream (at each night when I had these dreams). In real life, I have had different dogs before, but I have only had one dog at a time, and to my knowledge, they were all white dogs.
I think it is really interesting to have dreams in episodes. Sometimes I look forward to the next episode, as if they are a soap opera (or sit-com) in my head. Does anyone else experience the same / similar dreams?

I've also dreamt from different camera angles and even cut a scene that didn't seem to work! I swear I watched too much tv but now I don't feel so weird! ty for posting!
2 nights ago I dreamt a dream I'd had a week before, it was exactly the same... dinosaurs and dragons in a park... only the 2 time I had it, I walked into a room with a T - Rex as I had the first time and Steve Irwin was there too giving a lecture on how he was going to tackle the Rex!!!!
lise s. - No... usually after I wake up, I cannot go back and continue my dream even if I want to. (It is really a bummer when I was dreaming of eating a great buffet. I woke up and tried to go back to my dream so I could keep eating... LOL... But no, I couldn't.) In those dog dreams, no one was leading anyone else.... We were usually playing different things, running with one another.... Oh and by the way, they could talk human language too. :)
but has anyone ever had a dream that resulted in physical pain or discomfort? in short, i dreamed that i was stabbed in the back with a spear and blood filled my mouth. i woke up pushed forward on to my pillow with all the saliva in mouth held in and actual pain in my chest. i still remember that dream as if it happened last nite.
Cheri C. - I wish I could pick up where I left off! Especially when I was dreaming about the buffet bar! LOL.
Susan P. - Hum. I have never dreamed the same dream. All my dreams (at least the ones I remember) seem to be different.
I guess my brain didn't like the way my dreams turned out and decided to rewrite them!!
