Many would have us believe that Illegal Aliens are sweet innocent poor people just looking for work. Crime statistics, and the ever rising number of VIOLENT CRIMES by those in America Illegally paint a different and far darker story.
Rape, Murder, animal sacrifice and drugs are all a part of the dark under belly of this tsunami of societal misfits who are entering our nation through our Southern Border with Mexico...maybe all all illegal aliens are not criminals (well, actually they are), but a great deal of them are VIOLENT criminals.
A million violent sexual assaults are attributed to illegal aliens, and for every one we know about, there could be as many as ten times that number we are not aware of...IMAGINE ten million victims of sexual assault at the hands of ILLEGAL ALIENS...as it is, the confirmed number of ONE MILLION is staggeringly sobbering for right thinking people, a WAKE up call to SECURE OUR BORDERS.
We need to put and end to SAFE HAVENS in America, need to give our local police the right to arrest, detain and deport illegal aliens. It is time we end this out of control crime spree against Americans.

MacDonald presents some shocking statistics from Los Angeles, including the claim that 95% of all outstanding homicide warrants and two thirds of all fugitive felony warrants involve illegal aliens.
Animal Sacrifice
In Fresno, CA, a Hmong Immigrant beat a German Shepard puppy to death to "appease an evil spirit" plaguing his wife.
In Ringgold. VA, employees of a concrete company arrived at work to find a headless rooster hanging from a tree, put there by a disgruntled neighbor - a voodoo practitioner who said that he had sacrificed the bird to "Shango," the god of enemies.
In San Francisco, authorities seized more than a hundred animals, many sick and starving, from a home where they were being kept for use as sacrifices for practitioners of Santeria, a religion that has spread rapidly in the U.S. among Latinos from Central and South America.
Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, AZ: 28-year-old park ranger Kris Eggle is shot and killed in the line of duty while pursuing members of a drug cartel hit squad who fled into the U.S. after committing murders in Mexico. His murderer is sentenced to 15 years; two accomplices are not charged.
Bonita Springs, FL: An illegal alien from Honduras is arrested and charged with six counts of sexual battery with serious injuries after raping a 69 year- old woman in two separate incidents and being caught breaking into her house a third time. The woman later dies from injuries sustained during the assaults.
Klamath Falls, Oregon: Missionary worker Sister Helen Chaska is raped and murdered by being strangled with her rosary beads – the beads are found imbedded in her neck. Her accused murderer is Maximiliano Esparza, who is in the United States illegally, and was convicted in 1988 of robbery and kidnapping in Los Angeles.
Suffolk County, NY: Police and federal agents conduct early morning raids and arrest 27 illegal aliens who are convicted sex offenders. According to authorities, their victims are between 6 and 12 years old.

AGREED - Law enforcement should be able to detain illegal aliens. If they don't feel they can do it on a wide scope, make the laws tougher for them. You have raped, murdered, etc... ever before, forget 3 strikes, make it 1 strike.
DISAGREED - While I do believe many illegal aliens do what you say, there are just as many hard working honest ones that are trying to find a better way of life. Of all the instances you have reported, I can think of multiple arguments and statistics stating that just as many U.S.citizens have committed similar acts.
THE PROBLEM - the problem with this is that they are guests, unwanted, or not, in our country. We should be able to protect ourselves. Why make it worse on ourselves?
THE SOLUTION - There should be a trial period. If they mess up in that period(and I am not talking jaywaling here) then they should be deported. No second chances.
Yes, some may come back illegally, but then we could enforce the "new" law on them. One that says we can arrest, detain, deport those certain people.
WILL IT EVER BE DONE? - no. Simply because there is not a politician brave enough out there to do it. They would lose all of their minority votes.
Like it or not, deport EVERY illegal that has committed a crime...which is ALL OF THEM, and the number of crimes in America will drop significantly.

If your family was born in a 3rd world country and you wanted to protect your children, you may consider taking off to another, much better country.

You may not like it, but by their virute of being and working here illegally, every illegal is guilty of no less than two misdemeanors and one felony, and there is a very good chance other other crimes as well, such as driving without a license, document fraud...which is different than possessing a FAKE ID....you you lie on and application, or give false information to a government office, that is a crime. Importing Violence : The Danger of Immigration from Violent Cultures

Over the past several years, the U.S. has seen a large influx of immigrants, both legal and illegal, from countries whose values are opposed to the rights guaranteed by the U.S. constitution. Specifically, there are large numbers of immigrants coming from countries that are misogynistic. These societies accord women little to no rights, and the idea of violence committed by men against women and children is not unusual.
First, take the concept of 'rapto.' This comes from Mexico where in some areas, it is socially acceptable for a man of any age to abduct a female of any age as long as long as he intends to marry her. That is right. Men can kidnap and rape females. This is acceptable in Oaxaca where the government continues to view rapto as a minor crime. One legislator even referred to this horrid violation as "romantic." Lest anyone believe such garbage, note that 24 year old Mexican immigrant Eliseo Nunez snatched a 12 year old girl and took her to Mexico to fulfill his erotic desires. Isn't that romantic?
The fact is that South American male attitudes toward females are often archaic and misogynistic. Thus it is not surprising that the U.S. is seeing more attacks against women and little girls committed by these immigrants. In August 2005, illegal immigrant Jose Ramirez from El Salvador was charged with the violent attack of a 15 year old girl who refused to respond when he whistled at her (Roh, 2005). Perhaps such primitive behavior stems from the homeland culture. El Salvador and Guatemala have had a string of unsolved brutal murders where young females have been abducted and cut apart. Authorities have found body parts, including heads scattered around. In one instance, two female heads were deposited right in front of a local police station, blood still oozing from the severed heads (Miles, 2003). Gangs are suspected in these crimes as it is often part of their initiation to kill.
A serial rapist from Honduras was recently convicted in New Jersey. Ricardo Cepates is an illegal immigrant who was convicted on 26 counts of kidnapping, rape, and robbery. Another illegal immigrant, who should have been deported in 2000, savagely stabbed Carly Snyder to death. Fredil Rodriquez hailed from Honduras and apparently brought his hatred of women with him (Hirsch, June 15, 2005).
Perhaps the most grotesque and gruesome crime is the rape and murder of a nun by yet another migrant worker from South America. It is amazing that this story received so little attention when imaginary crimes against illegal immigrants are portrayed on television shows in order to gain sympathy for these criminals (i.e. a T.V. show airing an episode where a Minutemen volunteer hurts an illegal immigrant). Thirty three year old Maximiliano Esparza raped and sodomized two nuns and used their rosary beads to control them during the attack. The Sisters were beaten, raped, sodomized, and finally, Esparza used her own rosary beads to strangle Sister Helen Lynn Chaska to death. Esparza had needed lodging and checked into the Klamath Falls Gospel Mission in Oregon. This Spanish speaking migrant had spent his evening getting drunk at a local strip club and encountered the nuns as they were walking and saying prayers. Of note, Esparza had a history of criminal behavior and had served a three year sentence in a California prison. He had been deported one time, and shockingly, U.S. Border Patrol let him go after detaining him a few months prior to the rape/murder. It doesn't get more vile and disgusting than this.
And yet, there are more such gruesome crimes. Saul Dos Reis is a Brazilian national who found 13 year old Christina Long in an internet chat room. Long was in what she believed to be the safety of her Danbury Connecticut home. Feeling the typical teenaged desires for freedom, Long was drawn in by the twenty something Reis, and agreed to meet him. The Brazilian had sex with her, strangled her, and dumped her lifeless body.
The carnage has continued year after year. Walter Alexander Sorto was an illegal alien and Salvadorian national. Maybe he was one of those wonderful people who break our immigration laws to fill jobs at wages no U.S. citizen can afford to take. Or perhaps, he was not. Like so many others, 25 year old Sorto is a sex killer. In 2003, he snatched, raped, and slaughtered two women in Houston. Most disturbing is the fact that he had been known to police for his prior offenses which included robbery. He was on probation for his robbery when he butchered the women (Hayes, 2004).
If you are not yet disgusted, you will be. Not only are criminal immigrants coming from cultures that are misogynistic, but they are changing U.S. culture in response to their sickness. Many illegal aliens join violent gangs which take over neighborhoods and terrorize innocent citizens. These gangs are highly organized with tentacles spread through several countries. The mantra of the deadly MS13 gang is: blood in, blood out. And the chilling effects of the illegal aliens participation in these gangs are very far reaching. For example, on December 19, 2002, Victor Cruz, Jose Hernandez, Armando Juvenal, and Carlos Rodriguez were involved with the drawn out gang rape of an unsuspecting 42 year old New York woman. These illegal aliens were well known to police for their prior crimes of assault, attempted robbery, drug offenses, and illegal gun possession. No deportation followed their lesser offenses because of the sanctuary policy.
However, woman-hating cultures are not confined to South America. The Middle East is full of misogynists, and for reasons that many consider sinister, they are migrating to democratic countries. Why migrate to a country whose norms and beliefs are completely opposed to their lifestyle? The reason is that they hope to change these democratic societies. Instead of adopting and assimilating into countries they choose to migrate, they often cluster together in neighborhoods and bring their hate filled belief systems with them. When examining the lives of Muslims all over the world, it is plain that women do not fair well in Islam. In fact, here is a simple quote from volume 1, book 6, number 301:
Once Allah's Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o 'Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, "O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women)." They asked, "Why is it so, O Allah's Apostle ?" He replied, "You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you." The women asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion?" He said, "Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?" They replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?" The women replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her religion.
In other countries to which Muslims have immigrated, there have been atrocious violent crimes committed against women. Germany is seeing the "smiley." Don't know what a smiley is? A smiley is a cut from the side of the mouth to the ear. It is supposed to serve as a warning to Muslim girls to make them wear a veil. For those who don't, the smiley is the punishment of the day.
And other countries are learning about the dangers of importing some Muslims. Rape is acceptable in the sunna and in the Koran. In Copenhagen, an Islamic mufti said that women who do not wear headscarves are "asking for rape." Likewise, in Australia, a visiting Pakistani committed rape and said his victims had no right to refuse him because they were not covering themselves with head scarves. But it doesn't end there. In 2004 in London, visiting Egyptian professor Sheik Yusaf al-Qaradawi said rape victims should be punished if they were dressed provocatively when assaulted!
Human rights activist Simon Deng has reported that he witnessed women being raped and tortured by Muslim men. In Sudan, Khartoum's soldiers are routinely sent out to decimate villages, and in doing so, rape women who are not Muslim. Women who are found are asked whether they are Christian or Muslim. If Christian, the women are gang raped and then have their breasts sliced off.
And let us not forget the repulsive practice of honor killings. Honor killings are done in order to restore honor to a family that believes a female has shamed them. There is nothing in the Koran that speaks to killing women because they disgrace the family. But many Muslims interpret another wonderful little tenet in Islam to allow it. The Koran does allow men to beat their wives, which is atrocious. But it is used to justify the sickening honor killings where women are victims of rape! The United Nations Population Fund has found some disturbing statistics. Worldwide, there are up to 5,000 such killings each year.
Not all Muslims are bad. Many live in peace. However, there are so many atrocious acts committed in the name of Islam. Current day, Islamic extremists act like psychopathic sex predators and mass murderers. Raping women is a matter of personal choice. There is no deity ordaining the sexual assault of anyone. But even Islamic leaders outright state that rape is expected when women look good. That is what is so disturbing –that women are deemed responsible for rape if they don't cover themselves up. This is wrong.
It was stunning when in early 2006, Muslims were up in arms over a cartoon which depicted the prophet Muhammed in an unflattering light. Denmark upheld the cartoon as a form of free speech, and even though it was simply a political cartoon, Muslims around the world burned flags, stormed embassies, and called for censorship. It is one thing to be upset over satire; it is another to react violently to it. That is an issue which those who practice Islam must face. Islam cannot control its outer fringes, and that is the problem. Importing such a culture of violence and hate can do nothing but ruin a free country. What will happen when radical Muslims or even Muslims sympathetic to radicals, clash with Western women who have no intentions of ever wearing veils?
The list goes on and on. Those who come to the United States must be forced to abide by human decency standards and the laws. And those who come to this country must do so legally. Illegal aliens are criminals and must be treated as such. If not, why should any U.S. citizen follow any existing laws? There must be a unification in this country, not a division. Citizens must be unified for a secure border and a consistent standard for behaviors that will not be tolerated, not even under the guise of religion. Women have worked very hard for progress in the U.S. Those who come to this country must understand that women are not second class citizens, and violence against them will not be tolerated. Ever.
So, since I have been involved, since I have been voicing my objections, since I have taken actions over a LONG PERIOD OF TIME, I am NOT tacitly granting consent. Unlike the ILLEGAL ALIENS though, I have spoke my objections, carried out my own objectives on this issue within the CONFINES of the law.
Sorry, not buying...I do my part, and I stand up for law and order...you don't. Pretty well says it all.....sleeze ball embrace and love CRIMINALS.
As far as stats, here's one: 16% of the population is illegal...prison is comprised of 36% illegals...not counting the thousands of outstanding warrants for illegals that have not been captured.
So PREVIOUS tacit approval makes it Stare Decisis that we cannot revist, and correct, that overisght?

"We The People" have been aware of this immigration problem for years. However, "We The People" have been replaced with "We The Corporations", who can buy your politicians and turn this country in any direction that suits our bottom line. Otherwise "We The People" would have put an end to this outrageous problem YEARS ago.
I do not deny that illegal immigrants do take a very large part in the violent crimes department, I do believe that if we did background checks and made the ones here not commiting those violent crime citizens that maybe we could start to flush out the ones who indeed are responsible in those violent crimes.
I do not believe in mass deportation, as many people we are talking about have been in this country for many years and are not partaking in these horrible crimes that so many others are. If we continue to have an open border policy than we ourselves our inviting crime and hatred into our own homes, CLOSE THE BORDERS!! than we can deal with the illegal aliens that are here and deport the ones who have commited violent crimes and try to adjust others to our culture and teach them that it is not ok to act as if they were still living in their own country.
Mass deportation is not even a feasible answer, nor will it ever be. It is just not possible, if we could just have a better idea of who these illegals are where they are living and what they are doing we would be alot better off.By continuing to deny legalization for most who have not commited violent crimes we are sticking them in the same group as violent offenders and that is why we can not tell the difference between "hard working father of 2" and "crazy should be castrated rapists".
I say close the border now and no amnesty, instead have a application process here in this country and when people start to come to apply than we need to do background checks , make sure they have been working for the whole time they were here and if there are any missing links... deportation!
I do believe it is not fair to group a whole population of illegals together into one hated group. I do not take any responsibility for this current problem either! Last time I was at the Mexican border was NEVER therefor it was not my fault. I believe this country would crash without the current population of illegals here working to help advance our country. And I also believe that most of the southern illegals would love to become citizens and help further our country into greatness! Alot of illegals that I have been fortunate to know are just proud to be in this country!

"As you may know, Jefferson County District Attorney Scott Storey recently sought and obtained indictments against several individuals who obtained loans for illegal aliens using false identity documents, employment information, and credit histories. The transactions in this initial indictment involved loans for more then thirty homes totaling nearly $7 million.
The scheme that District Attorney Storey has uncovered is not confined to Jefferson County. According to several recent news reports, it is rampant and widespread. CNN recently reported that some $16 million in fraudulent loans have been uncovered in Denver – and at least one government source told The Denver Post that around 20,000 illegal immigrants hold Federal Housing Administration loans in the Denver Metro Area alone.
In Kansas City, two individuals recently plead guilty to securing more than twenty federally backed loans for illegal aliens, and in Utah illegal aliens purchased nearly ninety homes costing the government almost $3 million.
These statistics are troubling – perhaps more troubling, they are likely only the tip of the iceberg. These fraudulent loans lead to increased foreclosures which affects all homeowners. Worse still, this practice allows countless individuals in the country illegally to establish false identities in homeownership. This poses a threat to national security that is not insignificant.
District Attorney Storey has taken an important first step in Colorado in cracking down on crooked elements in the real estate industry that are putting profits before patriotism. I hope that you will consider taking similar steps in your jurisdiction to actively investigate and prosecute unscrupulous individuals who are putting all of us at risk by engaging in this dishonest, illegal, and unfortunately lucrative practice.

Federally INSURED housing for ILLEGALS! Now this thoroughly pisses me off in light of the fact that MOST Americans over the years have struggled, and continue to do so, just to be able to QUALIFY to by a home legally. This is steadfastly becoming a disgrace to all U.S. citizens who have worked here for generations, not just for 10 or 12 years ILLEGALLY.
I've dated many Hispanics, they are quite respectful of women.
You, on the other hand, are probably more violent and dangerous than any Hispanic I've known and loved.
When you are forced to live with it each and every day in your life, it's and important issue. When you have a house across from you, and one beside you that used to be filled with one single family that now play host to between 30 and 40 illegals, and you deal with a host of on going problems surrounding the houses, it's on your mind. When police are having to be called to one or the other of the houses on and almost constant basis, its on your mind. When you come home from work early and find them in your pool, its on your mind. When you catch them stealing your flowers, its on your mind.
You live in my house, you be one of the people on our block dealing with this, and it would BE ON YOUR MIND.
But when I have bad neighbors, I don't go and lambast an entire race of people about it.

Before you state the price is too high....houses in the area that do not have the neighbors we have are going for close to $600,000. Further, this is a five bedroom, three and a half story Victorian home, formal gardens, swimming pool, large two tiered deck, full service Tahiti style bar on deck out by the pool, screened in outdoor dining area, built in stainless steel grilling area, with a second roofed in open air dining area, sun room, and a wine cellar in the basement. The master bedroom has it's own oriental sitting room with a spectacular view of the Hudson River...in short, the problem is NOT THE HOUSE.
You contradict yourself. You reprinted an article discussing misogynistic cultures, Hispanics high on that list. Then you say you are talking about LEGAL versus ILLEGAL. The article you quoted makes no allowance for that. The article, taken at face value, indicts all Hispanics, and then all Muslims.
For instance, it is still acceptable in some backward third world nations to circumsize the female clitoris, but that would be considered a criminal act here in America...the article I posted discusses some of these issues. Eight percent of the illegals in America are from Hispanic countries....rapto is still basically considered acceptable behavior there...it is not acceptable here, but is a criminal act.
If and illegal alien is from a misogynistic society, does pointing out his illegal activities mean I am picking on Hispanics? I don't think so...like it or not, you cannot discuss one without sometimes discussing the other.
