Today's edition of www.jerusalemonline.com had some not so happy news, the president of Israel ( of Iranian origin by the way..) follows the former president of the United states  on being charged with sexual harrassment of workers..more women come up to testify ..

Iran has a new war plane tested

but then comes some news that brings tears to my eyes that seem to have already seen it all,

new comers to Israel arrive at the Ben Gurion airport, amongst them Lenni and Mali , a 90 year old couple from Chicago who have made aliya, coming home to settle in  Israel, their 22 grandchildren have come to welcome them singing "Havenu shalom alechem" ("we have brought peace upon you") waving the Israeli flag..

what a welcome!what a celebration of joy !

also on the airplane 2 year old Mayan , a sweet  toddler with a head full of curls named after a little girl killed in a terrorist attack, the mother of the girl killed came to meet the girl named after her murdered daughter, she held the child in her arms .

Tears of joy come forth like a never ending fountain where pain and joy internmingle..
