You will need:
1 1/2 Boneless Pork, chopped into bite size pieces
1 1/2 c Carrots, chopped
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
32 oz. Chicken Broth
1 1/2 c. Cubed Squash
3 Tbls. Flour
3 Tbls. Soft Butter
Directions:
Combine everthing EXCEPT flour & butter. Then, cook on low in crockpot for 6 - 7 hours. 30 minutes before serving stir in flour and butter.

It's been years since I used my crock pot for more than keeping the holiday spiced cider hot, but this past week I've used it twice. ;o)
