You will need:
3 small jars carrot baby food (or mash your own fresh carrots)
4 eggs
2 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 1/2 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Oil
1/2 c. Nuts
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and beet until smooth with a mixer. Bake for 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. Frost when cool
Frosting:
You will need:
3 c. Powdered sugar
8 oz Cream Cheese, soft
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Margarine or butter
Directions:
Combine and beat until smooth. Frost your carrot bars.
