Contest with No Prize - Yet Plus some recipes

Hey all you Paula Deen Fans!  I've been thinking we should have an unofficial contest.  If you are keeping up on Paula and her family, you probably know her family is about to get a little bit larger. 

Paula's going to be a grandma, and you can take it from me, she's excited about it.  She told us in June she was already shopping.  And I'm betting, with the baby due in September, she's been doing a whole lot more.

So, with her future grandmotherhood on the horizon, I thought it would be fun to see who can make the closest guess as to what date the baby will be born. 

Just pick a date and write it in the comments.  I'll let you know as soon as I hear the baby is born, unless one of you hears first.  I'm not always on top of things.

I don't have a prize for this contest.  I don't even know if we can legally have a contest, so without a prize, I'd say that technically it is a game.  Right?

I wish I could say the winner gets to name the baby, but that's up to the lucky parents.
