For a nation at war the Israelis sure seem to criticize their leaders alot.

Aren't they supposed to just shut-up and do what Olmert says, like we're supposed to do here? Wasn't that what Rumsfeld was saying with his latest speech?

These upstart Israelis and their new democracy. I mean, sheesh, it's treason! Israel is at war, you know? I guess you need to be an old democracy to know the rules.

Actually it was from the Ministry of Intentional Irony, but you are forgiven for thinking the Department of S.A.T.I.R.E. was involved. It has their 'aura' about it, no?

Chris, that's the point. That's where they want you to be: paralyzed intellectually so that it's just easier to go with the flow than try to think through all of the mixed messaged and intentionally misleading disinformation they give off.
