hmm.. maybe the power of positive thinking? or negative thinking?

If your a crabby, crusty, hating person, your gonna reap what you sow? who wants to be nice to a difficult person?

a person who is nice and loving, understanding, who is there for everyone, is gonna have a more bountiful harvest of niceties thrown at them, people are gonna be more than happy and willing to help you , you are probably a person who enjoys life and looks forward to waking up in the morning to face the day. You would see lifes probems as a trial and savor in the fact you have overcome them.

look at a thug or ganster whos attitude is, "i deserve respect! im gonna shoot you but you still better respect me!" with that attitude one will ultimatley end up in jail and that is a huge diffrence.

I dont know, i could be way off on this, but just a few things that came to mind when i read this.

I saw it too, and it is nice. I just got mad though, (if it is indeed the same one) because after paying 5.00 for it they only let you see it once. I began to understand the whole thing as just one more mlm network marketing thing, only with a spiritual approach..like...the manifesting wealth thing....so many mlm's hawk that because they know that they are appealing to people who are desperate to find a way out of the minimum wage nightmare. I got really sucked in to every new offer I could find last winter, everything that seemed promising...and I ended up losing thousands of dollars.
Still, it's a good movie so long as no one is trying to extract money from you.

yes, i think you are on to something..i try to say hello to everyone, not just to get an answer back but because it means we will have a good day, the give and you shall receive attitude refering to being nice..not because you want someone back.
I took this project on to especially be nice to the head covered Moslems i see every day, what the heck i figure, and i see the surprise in one or two cases, but i feel good, cause i am doing my tiny little part in spreading sunshine wherever i go ..
Olga, i feel the same away, it seems to me a sales pitch..i mean they always talk about the get rich schemes and how people become rich but actually i don't want to be rich i would much prefer to have my coffee in macdonald's than to run like a mad person off to a high paying job and stay there for hours and see my children for a few minutes during the weekends..
what i did not like is the way financial success is such a central theme there like you said it appeals to the struggeling masses..it fails to mention we do not all want to have lots of money although i admit when pressed to the wall, yes, i would love to have money so i could travel the glob, feed the hungry, and own a huge ranch or farm and have someone else clean up my mess but actually i prefer my integrity, my priorities in the right place..
it seems to me the film industry is first of all an industry and whatever good messages can come from films it is still filtered through the money machine..

Attitude is everything. Think positive thoughts and positive things will follow.

I have not heard of this. Is it a movie or an infomercial? A good Canadian movie is "Strangers in Good Company." Try to own it if you can, so you can watch it when you are losing hope for humankind. Very positive, sweet, beautifully photographed little film.

I think this is why i Love foreign films so much. they have pretty much no budget for the special eye candy or high paid actors. so many of them seem like the directors true expression of the heart. they probably saved and scrimped for years to get the small budget together to put on film.
