. . . or anything else you write? The author makes a boo-boo, of course.
I couldn't understand when a particular tanka of mine wasn't getting the hits I thought it should; then I looked at it. The third line had been placed as the fifth while the poem was written and managed not to get changed back.
It's fixed now, but serves as a humbling reminder to proofread your work everytime you've popped a jot. Especially now that we're not only the writer, we're editor and publisher!
Happy writing.

I haven't been able to figure out what gets people on gather to read certain articles and not others...maybe catchy titles, controversial content. Beats me. I just write my poetry and quietly thank all who read and comment on it. I try to proof read everything but even then my errors persist.
Proof reading is courtesy extended to the readers, though it is impossible to eliminate inadvertent errors. I echo Lynn's sentiments that many a writer do not bother to acknowledge the comments, even though they may be worthless.
Thanks for the reminder.
Since I’m in the middle of Finals week, I hate to admit, but I must give in to the temptation of leaving a generic comment
But to give it a little personal touch, I added some artwork for you to enjoy!
