I'm Roger your host and I want to thank you for joining.
While you're here, I want you to feel that this is YOUR group. I'm not a dictatorial sort but I insist that any articles you publish or pictures you post have something to do with the group itself.
There are plenty of places in gather.com to share other interests.
Sort of an icebreaker here, answer the following questions as best as you can, ok?
What version of PSP do you currently use?
What is your favorite thing to create? Backgrounds, Masks, Tubes, Brushes, Tutorials, etc?
Do you have any tips, tricks, or hints that might help others?
Do you have a tutorial to share or would you like to see one on a special subject?
Do you have a specific question about a technique that you are trying to master but can't just seem to get it?
Thanks again for coming onboard. I hope you find it interesting.
Roger

I enjoy making tubes and have close to 5000 completely original ones. Frames are my next favoirte thing. Sometimes I get totally carried away and can make a dozen or so at a time. A friend has offered some of my work online at her site and we're working toerther right now to make a site of my own to showcase my work. Finally I like backgrounds. I make sci-fi or landscapes for myself. amd I have been known to make custom work for friends and family. I have actually sold a few of my backgrounds and have done one totally custom for a gentleman overseas.
My biggest tip is to customize your workspace. I can't tell you how much easier it is for me knowing where all the tool and things that I use are located. Another thing; don't quit on a project because it's not going the way you want. Clost it and go on to something else.
I have a few tutorials published and have access to many more. MANY MANY more. LOL
My biggest question is figuring out scripts. I perform many repititious tasks and each time I record a script, it goes wonky on me. So I know it has to be something I'm doing wrong.
But I use PSP 7--yes, an old one, but one I'm comfortable with!! I tried 8 when it came out, but just couldn't adapt well.
I mostly use PSP for making siggys for message groups. Or making blinkie boxes or other tags. But I love working with & making tubes. I don't know how to really make frames or backgrounds, but I've made a few masks.
So, I don't think I have any tips that most avid users wouldn't know! And I've not done any tutorials, cause most of my work is done from a tutorial (until I get the hang of it!!)
I use psp 9 and Corel 10
What is your favorite thing to create?
pixel and other graphics,I like making tubes, and scrapbook pages to add to my photobooks
Do you have any tips, tricks, or hints that might help others?
No but a few yahoo groups and link and such if others want.
Do you have a tutorial to share or would you like to see one on a special subject?
I have links to alot of tutors and psp tip sites.
Do you have a specific question about a technique that you are trying to master but can't just seem to get it?
Nope,I am learning as I follow tutorials.
To everyone else, I'd really like to see samples of your work.
