I was doing some of my paid to search programs, when I came across a really neat article! I usually don't pay a lot of attention to the sites, while doing the paid to clicks, but this one jumped out and caught my eye.
"Can Chewing Gum Save Your Teeth?"
Apparently, a German company, BASF, is working on developing a chewing gum that actually prevents tooth decay! The gum contains a strain of the "friendly" bacteria Lactobacillis, which is found in yogurt. They say it could be for sale next year... I'm going to do a bit more research on this, and really looking forward to learning more! I have always loved chewing gum, but try not to as often as I would like, because of the bad effects the sugar can have on my teeth.
Man, I love technology!
