On Thursday's episode, Chill Town told Janelle she should put up Marcelles, but that he would just be a pawn to ensure that Erika goes home. However, once the votes were counted, it was unanimous that Marcelles would be the next person evicted from the Big Brother house. This is kind of strange, because Janelle promised Marcelles that he would be safe.
The focus this evening was on Janelle and Danielle, the two strongest female players in the house. Janelle's mother said she really began to blossom when she turned 15 and most girls were jealous, so she had and still has a difficult time relating to other women.
Danielle, on the other hand, was a tomboy as a child, but got pregnant at 15. Her mother called her very analytical, emotion, determined and a good leader. "She will fight for what she wants."
Janelle's mom said the two women should have teamed up and taken the house by storm.
Last Tuesday, Julie announced a new power up for grabs to the person who could figure out a common saying from clues that were placed around the Big Brother house. The first was a sheep (ewe), the second was a large spool of thread and needle, and the third clue was finally unveiled. The Grim Reaper appeared at the top of the stairs startling just about everyone. The obvious answer was: "You reap what you sew."
I just about died laughing when Janelle went to the diary room and gave her answer as: "You sew what you reap!"
The winner of this contest was Mike "Boogie," which gave him the option of causing a coup d'etat just before the final voting to oust Marcelles. Mike chose not to use it, so he still has the option to overrule the vote at some other time. This is a huge power to hold, as he can replace both nominees at some point in the game. He can also be the tiebreaker if need be.
At the Eviction Ceremony, the houseguests dressed for "Prom Night." They then went into the back yard for the Head of Household competition in which they had to guess how America voted:

Biggest Whiner: Marcelles
Worst Dressed: "Chicken" George
Best Dressed: Janelle
Life of the Party: Howie
Most Likely to break Hearts: Will
Biggest Flirt: Janelle
The winner of HOH was "Chicken" George (much to his surprise). And an even bigger surprise was that he had to nominate two people for eviction right then and there. He chose James and Erika. This will be a double-eviction week, with the first one on Sunday.

Sorry I haven't been posting here much. Things get so busy with work, the baby, life in general - I've had over 2 weeks of BB waiting for me on my PVR. I'm finally caught up *whew* although I still have last nights to watch. Which I think I'll take some me time to do today when the little guy's down for his nap.
You know, I was super surprised at George's nominations. I know he was put on the spot but it seems he would have been better off nominating people such as Janelle and Howie. As for Janelle' s, "You sew what you reap". I just about died. What a twit. Granted, she's a great game player and certainly a complete dip but she's certainly starting to annoy the heck out of me.
