I have paused, cogitated and battled with what you may think is uncharacteristic shyness and I have made a decision. If you click on www.amazon.co.uk and then search for Moya Goatley or Basket of Rain you will be led to my book which is a novel of old age set in London. I would love you to read it.

Moya Goatley has used her experiences in social research to give us a real insight into the life of an elderly lady. Many people would advise that lady to stay indoors and not to entertain any young people: "they are not to be trusted"! But our Doris trusts them and encourages them. As a result Doris has a new start in life and really enjoys it. Having known such a lady myself, I can vouch for the authur's views so clearly expressed. A really good read. I read it in record time!
Love your new title. My Son Rolf calls me "Die Prinzessen von der Erpsen" meaning the Princess of the Peas. My face, when a niveau is similar to the Sun newspaper.
