Another Way For Writers To Promote Their Books

Did you know that there is a very simple way to get the news out about your new book? This is one of many suggestions that I have included in my course entitled: So You Want To Be An Author.

All you have to do is prepare some promotional items about your book, such as fliers and/or bookmarks and then send them out to be distributed for you. Here are a few examples:

---Romance Writers of Australia's 2006 "Some Like It Hot!" 2006 conference is
looking for books and promo items for their 3-day conference held August
11-13, 2006 at the Gold Coast in Queensland. Promotional items for goody bags and larger items for gift baskets are welcome. The name of everyone who donates will be included in the conference program. Deadline for getting in the program is June 1, 2006. We're expecting 200 attendees."
