California Dreaming

I'm so excited Aileen kicked off her new "California Dreaming" group! I thought I'd repost a table of contents for my "Weekend in San Francisco" series that began on Gather mid-March of this year since Aileen's group icon is my beloved California Highway 1. Synopsis:

I thought it might be cool to tell some tall tales from my experiences growing up in the San Fernando Valley in the 1960s at the so-called dawning of the Age of Aquarius. The "Weekend in San Francisco" series is a compilation of these tales for the years 1965 and 1966. For my younger audience, this is the Rock N' Roll Pleistocene Epoch when small rock bands first roamed the earth.

Victoria (of Encino) - San Fernando Valley early prototype of 1980s "Valley Girl"
Big Molly - Big Sur Mountain Mama
