Summer Blues

 

I always hated summer,
not disliking watermelon or strawberries or blackberries
or cucumbers for that matter,
but summer seems to be the the season for the blues
when folks disappear
and days are filled with emptiness and restlessness
as you wonder what to do.
Summer blues.

You can see that my brain got fried writing about the electifying achievements of Nikola Tesla because shortly thereafter pictures appeared.

Patrick, thanks for catching the error and line breaks-- am very dyslexic and it affects my typing if you hadn't noticed. it used to be much worse so that I could hardly keep my hands from spastic attacks

As always I love your pictures. On the first one, did you use the oil painting trick? It look beautiful. Oh, and in the last picture the flower looks so frail and delicate.
