sounds interesting. I love Indian food, at least the version available here in the U.S. My guess is like most foods the version one would actually get in India would be a bit different. I look forward to learning.

My wife and I spent almost three years in Singapore and aquired a fondness for good Indian food. Comin back to the U.S., living in the Northeast I found it very hard to find a good Indian resteraunt or ingredients to make my own curry (my favorite). I was able to find one place in East Windsor, New Jersey called Masti, that makes mouth watering curries. A few Nan for dipping and I am a happy man. Keep the recipes coming...

John-I was in Singapore for business last year and also enjoyed the Indian food there...much spicier than here! We have a few Indian restuarant around our town, and one grocery store, then in Cambridge there must be at least a dozen...so we do pretty well in this corner of the northeast!
