Granddaughter
No matter how grey
or low I feel
she lights my world
and lifts my spirits
when she shyly smiles
And when she laughs
in tinkling and rippling
music her innocent mirth
injects my very soul
with peals of joy

- In the first stanza, swap the next to last and last lines. That would seem a little more consistent to me.
- I might change the 2nd and 3rd lines of the second stanza to read
tinkling and rippling music
her innocent mirth
As I said, these are only thoughts that you can do with as you please. It has beautiful emotions.
