IT IS BETTER TO MOVE BACKWARD THAN TO MOVE FORWARD IN THE WRONG COURSE. THE MORE BACKWARD YOU MOVE FROM THE WRONG COURSE THE MORE FORWARD YOU ARE GOING IN THE RIGHT COURSE.
How does one move forward on the wrong course, or move backward on the right course. If I am understanding the connotation with respect to forward or backward that means progression or regression. Or is this simply a cute way of telling idiots like Bush to quit "Staying the Course" before they destroy the nation?
This thought is not directed to anyone in particular. But you seem to be answering the question already, George. Those who think they are having some profits in the evil they do and don't want to leave it even when they are given advices are going forward in the wrong course.
