Every day, as much as I think about our troops, I wonder what it's like on the ground for the moms and the kids and such. This week, here in Somerville, MA, we've had just a couple interruptions of power on the grid due to a sudden heat wave. What would it be like operating a maternity ward where you never knew when you'd have electricity?
