Gun metal gray and sunset crimson
Shades of life
Emotion
Pain, despair
Joy , elation
Swirling, blending
Competing
No singular hue
Hoping in shades of tangerine
For a few fuchsia moments
I wrote this poem in 2001, after a twenty five year hiatus from writing. I was just beginning to see daylight after twenty five years of darkness.
I found it today, and thought I might publish it here.

May you have many more "Fuchsia moments" - You deserve them! Powerful stuff, glad the muse awoke and is know within you again!
