Another rainy weekend. I am so glad we have gather to keep us occupied. The rest of my day will be spent reading Beryl's book. Your haiku does a perfect job of describing this weather.

That image of the rain falling down lightly and then "clawing upright" is such a fierce one, Leah, it does set the default emotions on a rainy morning. Nice bold use of weather.

John, yes it was a touch morning for me. I just found out the night before I lost my job for the summer. It was a grey morning indeed.
