Thanks, Martha. I would like to replace "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad", and "Love Hurts" with "Love the One You're With" and "Stand By Your Man" (or at least add those two at the top of the list)

I looked at that list, I have never heard or heard of any of those songs, but then I lean heavily into silence and the song of the sounds around me each day.
Music seems to hide too much.

Wow...I've heard of all of them. I used to work in a record store though.
I agree that Stand By Your Man is one of the worst, but it ain't rock. (I can add a couple of more really bad country love songs. Honey by Bobby Goldsboro, Paper Roses by Marie Osmond.)
I like Love Hurts. It's a classic. Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad is one of those songs that was so overplayed that I hope I never hear it again as long as I live. I have to add "You Light Up My Life"...for a variety of reasons..including that I hear it on the music system where I work twice a day.

well, "stand by your man "was my husband's favorite-figures!!
please not "Muskrat love", i love that song by the captain and tanille...
it was in the 70's
i would say my choice for worst love song is definitly:
PEOPLE WHO NEED PEOPLE ARE THE LUCKIEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD
