Byron Takes His Case To Parliament Hill

Those of you who have been following my writing know that I have a book at the publishers at the moment called: "Playing With The Devil."

The main character, Byron Prior, has been in Ottawa at Parliament Hill for two months now, trying to draw attention to his cause. Byron is the oldest sibling in the Newfoundland family where incest and abuses of every kind were meted out to him and his many siblings when they were just four and five years old.

The following is an e-mail that someone created for Byron since he's been in Ottawa and he is sending it around.  That's a picture of him holding the flag (on your right as well, in case it doesn't show up here). Notice he even names names on his sign and still, nothing has been done. My book is mentioned at the bottom.

QUESTIONS: 

-         Isn't it strange that Byron could get a permit to protest on Parliament Hill with his signs?

-         Isn't it strange that his own MP is giving him the runaround?

-         Isn't it strange that Alex Hickman himself hasn't charged Byron with a defamation of character lawsuit and/or taken other legal actions?

-         Isn't it strange that the RCMP from the Hill haven't done anything about this protest except tell Byron to move the signs off the lawn and on the walkway to "accommodate" Liberal senator Bill Rompkey's "complaints"?

HOW CAN SOMEONE DO SUCH A PROTEST WITHOUT BEING BOTHERED AND/OR SUED?

ANSWER:

 PROBABLY BECAUSE THERE IS SOME TRUTH TO THIS STORY AND NO ONE WANTS IT TO GET PUBLICITY SO THAT IT WILL EVENTUALLY DIE DOWN!
