Today I asked all my wonderful connections to check out my Mom's first article on Gather. I expected a few to show up, but the response in only a few hours is over whelming. You all put her on the home page instantly, and she is still climbing!

This means a lot especially now that Mom is living far from us. We spent our whole lives living together or very near each other.. so the past 6 months have been emotional. Also Mom doesn't think she is much of a writer even though I think she is amazing. So this boost definitely made her day.

Thank you to all my friends and connections that stepped up to the plate when I needed you. I will never forget it.
