This week's elegant, poetic, and profound Two Word Challenge is... drum roll, please...
Hedgehog Song
Well, if Gisela could get her Two Word Challenge from James Joyce two weeks ago, I don't see why I can't get mine from Terry Pratchett now. This week's inspiration came from "Witches Abroad," one of Pratchett's many Discworld series books. The book is great for anyone going on a journey or learning to speak foreign, but if you haven't read it, maybe you should wait until after this week's challenge, so as not to be too intimidated by greatness. Or something like that.
As always, your entry can be fiction, article, song, poem, art, you name it - as long as we can see how the two words fit in it. Be sure to tag your work as
hedgehog song, two words
If you are interested in being the next Two Word Challenger, please send me a private message by 12 PM EST on Wednesday. (Keep it clean, you salty dogs! Hey! Salty dogs! That's not a bad one.) I'll announce the next challenger on Friday. The new challenge will be issued on Sunday. If you have questions, post them here or send me a private message!
I hope you like this week's challenge! If so, please lavish extensive praise on me. If you don't, just remember it's all Terry Pratchett's fault.

Bonnie, personally I eschew hedgehogs. They're cute, but they taste awful.
No, I was joking about eating them. I have seen one up close and I don't think they would be tasty. Here's the Wikipedia page about hedgehogs:

They are very, very common in Britain. Terry Pratchett is an English writer, which is probably why he mentions them.
here is the hedgehog song
I'm a little stumped by my own challenge myself, Mandi. I may come up with something.
Insurmountable opportunity. Now there's a two word challenge! Or was that already used?
