So you finally made it. The big 40. Who would have ever thought. Welcome to the group of oldies; but you are the only one I know who has actually lost weight at 40 versus the rest of us who just keep putting it on.
You look great...40 is actually a great place to be. You look wonderful, you have great perspective, you have so many people who love you, and as someone recently said to me "you have your whole life ahead of you". You are actually up the learning curve of "life" and it make the next 40 years a whole lot easier
We are so happy to have shared 16 of those 40 years with you and plan on sharing the next 40 together as well. We love you and want you to wish you 400 birthday wishes and may they all come true.
