Short and right to the point. I doubt that Bush realizes there's any difference between propaganda and, uh, truth. Or, more likely, accuracy in advertising.

I think I now see it - he was trying like hell to remember that marketing class he took at HBS (say it once, say it over, and repeat it again)....
