                 Sertyes Porskolt - Pork Paprika Stew

      1 ea Onion chopped
      3 tb Lard
      2 lb Pork butt cubed 3/4"
      2 tb Paprika
           Salt to taste
    1/2 ts Caraway seeds bruised
      1 ea Green pepper sliced
      2 c Canned tomatoes

Saute onions & set side.
Brown meat & deglaze pan with water or stock.
Add all ingredients & enough stock or water to cover meat.
Simmer 1-2 hrs. until meat is tender.
Serve over dumplings.
