Dear Mr or Ms. C. Relations:
Thank you for (auto?) responding to my inquiry. I feel maybe my comment may have been appreciated but perhaps not my inquiries. I have provided you valuable feedback and you provided me with 2 websites where despite several in depth searches over an exorbitant amount of time, I garnered no answers to my previous inquiries. You also offered me a non toll free point of contact, but unfortunately I have spent my dime (two quarters, another dime, a nickel, and two pennies plus tax) on a 4 pack of your natural beverage and I am on a budget.
Perhaps as a token of your appreciation you can perhaps provide me a more specific link that can better answer my question regarding the natural habitats of your flavors, citric acid, potassium citrate and high fructose corn syrup. This is why school budgets should never be cut because I never saw the chapter on these "natural" ingredients in my biology…although I do seem to remember them in Chemistry….not organic chemistry though. The only thing with carbon in the "new" 7up is the carbonation and that is not quite carbon based is it.
Nevertheless, thank you for your (auto?) response. I think that I may continue to enjoy your brands but until I know the answers to the questions that plague my brain regarding the new "natural" 7up that my enjoyment can only be limited at best.
I sincerely hope to hear from you again with answers so that I once again enjoy "natural" 7 up, in moderation, with a happy heart.
Your valuable and appreciated customer,
Heather Castillo
