Bubba's Supurb Stuffed Steak

                   Bubba's Supurb Stuffed Steak

Yield: 4 Servings

      2 lb Sirloin steak 2" thick boned

------STUFFING MIX-----
      1 pt Oysters drained
    1/4 c Pecans toasted & chopped
    1/2 c Cornbread crumbs
    1/3 c Onions minced
    1/3 c Mushrooms chopped
             Salt & pepper to taste
      1 tb Worcestershire sauce
      1 tb Teriyaki sauce

Season steak to taste.
Cut deep slit almost all the way through from 1 side to the other length ways in the steak.
Mix stuffing ingredients together & stuff into the steak.
Pin steak together with toothpicks & broil in oven or on a grill to desired doneness.
Cut into 4 even-sized portions & serve.
