Shown here is the brilliant neurologist Oliver Sacks, author of "Awakenings" and various other neurology books. Awakenings is about the drug L-dopa. It is a rare case of a neurology book which was made into a movie. The movie starred Robin Williams and Robert DeNiro. This movie has implications for psychiatry because the behavior of "Leonard" became paranoid while on L-dopa. In the end heturned back into a vegetable.
