And Will, wouldn't you have to make those pan seared scallops in bacon with cheese, wrapped in sourdough biscuit dough? ;)
Now the local supermarkets have a hispanic food section, and a honkey tex-mex section, separately, and the hispanic section is roughly divided into central American and Braziliano.
And pomegranates are available all year, especially as juice.
Maybe I should write that series for food talk/slow food, eh?
