Hell's Angels Suing Disney

OK, how bizarre is this? Seems that Disney is making a movie about middle-aged biker wannabe's called "Wild Hogs." (Hey, I resemble that remark!).

During the film, these silly motorcyclists run afoul of, you guessed it, the Hell's Angels MC.

The motorcycle club is suing Disney for using it's trademarked logos and name without permission. Who said that outlaw biker's haven't hit the 21st Century?

Hell's Angels Sue Disney Over Motorcycle Film

Motorcycle group the Hell's Angels are suing Walt Disney filmmakers for using their logo and trademarked name in an upcoming film. "Wild Hogs," starring John Travolta and Tim Allen, has not even entered production but has outraged the notorious California-based riders, who claim they have not been shown a copy of the screenplay despite certain members allegedly being 'identified' in the script.

A spokesman for Disney said the case filed by The Hell's Angels Motorcycle Corporation (HAMC) is "without merit."

Eric - your article made me laugh, but what's with the belly button girl picture? Your couldn't find a photo of the disney mouse without a body in it?

Hey, I dont blame them, Disney has jumped a number of people for infringment over the years, and are very careful about the licensing of their images. The Angels went to the trouble to register the name and image- it belongs to them.. Oh- nice pic, the girl adds to the ambiance.
