It's taking all the possibilities, exporing the thesis, the antithesis, and uncovering the layers of meaning underneath a meditative experience...etc.
Yet, not too deep, really,...I hope. Take an issue, take it's negation, and work with it. that's all. If it be an experience, then take it's contradiction at the same time!
