So Im in the Publix (a grociery store for those of you not in the south) and I came across Gaspar's Portuguese sausage, sadly they were out of Linguiça but they did have chouriço. The same brand my parents used when I was little (its made in New Bedford or Fall River MA I believe). Ok so now Im here ready to cook it but I dont know how I should prepare it I did fry some of it up and eat just liek that was good, but I wanna know if anyone else out there has any ideas or recipes... maybe soemthing other than kale soup? Thanx :)
