The new coalition government in Germany has begun to collapse even before it has been sworn in. From the European Desk in London, Stephen Beard reports.
Can two groups with oppsing views really share power? Would it work better if there were more than just two groups? My thinknig being that if there were three or more, then coalitions could be formed when shared ideals, or goals are in play.
