While heading to lunch at a local sandwich shop, I found myself in a conversation with some coworkers about a sandwich that I often get. The sandwich has Gouda cheese as a main ingredient. Gouda is not only pleasant to eat, but it's fun to say. It occurred to me that many cooks will make an effort to have their meals be visually appealing, but very few people that I know of make meals that are centered around being tasty, and fun to say. I started thinking about other ingredients and dishes
that I enjoy eating and saying. My list so far:
Gouda (cheese)
Arugula (a leafy, salad green)
Lapsang Souchang (a smokey black tea)
Bi Bim Bop (a korean dish made up of mixed vegetables and rice)
Edamame (steamed, salted soybeans)
Can anyone think of any others?
