Here are some of the first sunflowers of the year. We didn't plant these. The birds who visit our yard and eat at the bird feeders did. All I can say is the birds are excellent gardeners. . . .

My boys took pictures of the sunflowers at the pumpkin patch.
This was cool becuase we got to actually see how they make sunflower seeds and how they roast them and salt them.
