I love this recipe! Of course, I would probably marinate the steak overnight in the dressing ingredients, and probably make double the amount the next day for drizzling over the salad.

This recipe sounds pretty good, but I never like slow cooking sirloin. I would use a cheaper cut of beef for this one, and use fresh garlic rather than powder. Otherwise, I think this would be a decent . . . more
