I feel really stupid in asking this, but I bought a bottle of Fun Flock by Stampendous and I can't figure out how it works. This is what I did that didn't work! I used my rubber stamp . . .

Store your stamps rubber side down on a soft surface and in a single layer to prevent damaging, clogging or compressing the design.
