I love rubber stamping, and believe me if there is one thing I hate is how they are really hard to store, no I don't have a lot of them that are from Stampin' up that come in the neat and easy . . .

I not only have 1 junk drawer, but 3, so today I cleaned them out....I had 4 nut crackers and we NEVER eat nuts that need cracked???? (WTF)........So what's in your junk drawer??

Before using a new rubber stamp, test 2-3 times before stamping on scrapbook page or background paper. This will let you see how the stamp disburses ink and allow you to make the proper adjustments. . . .

Baby wipes that are alcohol free are a great way to clean most rubberstamps. Avoid alcohol based wipes as they will dry out the rubber on the stamps.

Baby wipes make good inexpensive rubber stamp cleaners. Stamp a few times on a paper towel after cleaning to dry. Just make sure they are alcohol-free.

Store your stamps rubber side down on a soft surface and in a single layer to prevent damaging, clogging or compressing the design.
